Genesis HealthCare in the United States is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing and deliver efficient, high‑quality nursing care across assigned shifts. The role emphasizes leadership, staff mentorship, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Based in a 24/7 facility in York County, Dallastown, you will guide clinical operations, recruit and orient staff, and help ensure exceptional patient and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Facilitate implementation of the care delivery model; mentor staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing for safe 24/7 care; minimize overtime and agency usage.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and recommend promotions/transfers.
