Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie, TX is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Interventional Radiology (IR) team. You will lead daily clinical and operational activities, oversee staffing and patient flow, and promote a culture of excellence and safety.

This role partners with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes, compliance, and staff development, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Formación

• Current RN license and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Interventional Radiology or procedural nursing experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing staffing, patient flow, and operational priorities.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IR nursing staff and daily department operations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and workflow coordination.
• Promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive process improvement and employee engagement.
• Provide visible clinical leadership in a fast-paced procedural environment.
