Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support home care in the Johnstown and Somerset area. The role involves supervising private duty staff, performing field visits, and overseeing patient care plans to ensure quality, compassionate care.

The position offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 patient care, and a daily pay option, aligned with a patient-centered approach and community impact.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license to practice in PA
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
• One (1) year of Nurse supervisory experience as an RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and evaluations to all assigned private duty and home care staff
• Complete routine field visits with current patients, as well as field evaluations for new referrals
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing assessment of the patient's plan of care through management of RNs, and other staff
• Ensure an accurate evaluation and work to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan that addresses patient needs
• Communicate patient conditions and collaborate with appropriate providers to deliver care when patient needs evolve.
