Job summary

Hamden Rehabilitation & Health is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team in a full-time role, with every other weekend 7A-7P and three weekday shifts 3P-11P.

You will ensure high‑quality resident care, mentor staff, and uphold regulatory compliance while coordinating ongoing clinical operations.

Requirements include a CT RN License and LTC Supervising experience (minimum 1 year). We offer a competitive compensation package, a supportive work environment, and comprehensive benefits.
