Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical leadership for residents.

This facility offers a part-time 7 PM–7 AM shift with every 3rd weekend, or a full-time Monday–Friday 2 PM–8 PM schedule, plus same-day pay and competitive hourly rates from $45.00 to $52.00 per hour.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional interaction with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
