Job summary

This role includes medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow care plans created by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Document accurately and timely according to policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
