Nye Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) at the Louisville Care Center in Louisville, NE. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other personnel.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes in medical records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local healthcare regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services provided.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
