Job summary

Dockside Health & Rehab Center, part of Saber Healthcare Group, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting. In this full-time role you will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Familiarity with electronic health record software is required.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
Ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
Follows infection control and health policies to maintain quality of care.
