Lafayette Manor Nursing Home in Uniontown, PA seeks a full-time RN Supervisor to join our team for the first shift (7 AM to 7 PM). You will oversee daily nursing activities, coordinate with physicians, and ensure resident care plans are followed in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in LTC or skilled nursing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident.
• Liaise between physicians, hospitals, families and other medical personnel to ensure resident plan of care is followed.
• RN must make daily resident visits to observe and evaluate status and direct day-to-day nursing activities.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure medications passes and treatments are administered as ordered by physician.
• Demonstrate independent thinking, supervise staff, and work as a team for resident well-being.
