RN- Supervisor - Evening Shifts + Great Benefits!!

Boro Park Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work night shifts at our Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
5. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Manage documentation of resident care services.
7. Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
3. Strong and positive team leadership skills.
4. Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Basic computer skills.
