Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Nights

Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including every other weekend day shift, at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rochester, NY. Prior Long-term Care experience and excellent communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all duties for your assigned unit
• Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
• Mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career advice
• Maintain care standards for the unit
• Review resident records and quality of care
• Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
• Address questions or complaints from residents or families
• Represent the unit's interests with upper management

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• 2 years of Long-Term Care experience (preferred)
• 1-year Charge Nurse experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills
