Job summary

Beth Abraham Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the evening shift at our Bronx, NY skilled nursing facility. Shift runs 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay option through a trusted provider.

We offer premium health coverage through Aetna with low out-of-pocket costs. The ideal candidate will have an RN license, 3+ years in Long-Term Care, and proven leadership to guide nursing staff while ensuring high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience
• Strong and positive Team Director
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
