The ideal candidate will follow health and safety guidelines faithfully, collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop care plans, supervise LPNs and aides, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and report symptoms to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and document patient charts.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as ordered.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the facility.
• Provide emergency care when needed.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Pursue ongoing education through workshops and conferences.
