Job summary

Village Creek Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend, full-time shifts in Fort Worth, TX to render basic care and direct nursing staff.

The RN will develop the plan of care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, monitor safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate resident care. We welcome multi-state license holders and new graduates, with competitive wages, raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved RN program with a state license.
• Minimum 2 years of SNF experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
• Makes nursing diagnoses to guide the plan of care.
• Collaborates with the resident and healthcare team.
• Records medication administration and changes in patient condition.
• Monitors staff to ensure safety regulations and state procedures are followed.
• Follows procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Education

Your Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.


• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care


• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team


• Records the administration of medication or any change in patient condition


• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility


• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies


• Performs other duties as directed

• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state.)
