Rosemont Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for Day Shift to lead clinical nursing care for residents, ensuring accurate treatments, documentation, and compliance with care plans.

The role requires an active PA RN license and at least two years of experience; sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered along with standard benefits such as PTO and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
