Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse in North Carolina to provide high-quality care in a SNF setting. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff while adhering to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Current RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification required; strong computer skills with EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and facility policies.
