Job summary

CommCare Corporation in New Orleans, LA seeks an RN Supervisor to lead the Nursing Department with a focus on coordination with resident services and budgeting adherence. The role requires strong leadership, planning and implementation of policy-driven care in a long-term care setting.

EVENING and weekend availability is needed, along with an active Louisiana RN license and CPR certification. This position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package within a growing healthcare

• Demonstrates leadership and has the ability to organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
• Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
• Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
• Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
• Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
