Job summary

Illinois Pain & Spine Institute (IPSI) seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations within our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Barrington.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a collaborative, physician-led environment, focuses on patient safety, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance and staff development, and includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of clinical experience or equivalent.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience supervising or leading clinical staff and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing and clinical operations within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to support patient and procedural needs.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop clinical and non-clinical team members.
