Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Acute Cardiac IMC Unit during assigned shift.
• Coordinate patient care delivery, staffing, and daily workflow based on acuity and census.
• Supervise nursing and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements compliance.
• Participate in developing and implementing patient care standards and evidence-based practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Pay Range

Pay Range: $39.47 - $61.20Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
