Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center in Watsontown, PA, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 7a–7p shift to lead the nursing team in a post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

The RN Supervisor will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate care plans, assess patient needs, and maintain accurate records while participating in quality improvement initiatives. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential for coordinating transitions and ensuring high-quality care.

Formación

• Active RN license required.
• Experience supervising a mixed nursing team in post-acute or long-term care.
• Strong ability to coordinate care and develop care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).

About the Role:

• Supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Coordinating patient care and developing individualized care plans

• Assessing patient needs and reporting to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and policy development
