Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and nursing care for an assigned unit
• Build healthy relationships among staff, colleagues, and other disciplines
• Identify and address clinical, social, and safety issues within the care episode, demonstrating critical thinking and initiative to improve clinical practice

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in PA
• Five (5) or more years of nursing experience
• Extensive clinical experience in long-term care preferred
• Effective team problem-solving and professional communication skills
