Position Overview

Deptford Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Deptford, NJ.

Shift Details

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

1. Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
5. Maintain resident confidentiality by monitoring the processing of confidential information.
6. Document resident care services accurately.
7. Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong leadership qualities and positive team management skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
