Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to work at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisor experience in long-term care and excellent communication skills.

Shifts Available: Evenings and Nights

Responsibilities Include:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
2. Establish and implement employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance
4. Maintain standards of care for the unit
5. Review resident records and quality of care
6. Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
8. Represent the unit's interests with upper management

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• Preferred: 2 years of long-term care experience
• Preferred: 1-year charge nurse experience
• Positive attitude and leadership qualities
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
