Job summary

Journey in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a compassionate Supervisor RN for a Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm shift to oversee nursing services and ensure quality care for residents.

You will lead a care team, coordinate resident assessments, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with regulations. Active RN license and CPR are required; prior long-term care leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unit Management: Plan, organize, and direct nursing services while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Leadership and Development: Make staffing assignments, encourage professional development, and review documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Resident Care Coordination: Oversee resident assessments, ensure adequate supplies, and address grievances with timely reporting to the Director of Nursing.
