Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor plays a crucial leadership role within our care team, impacting the lives of patients and residents daily. You will oversee clinical care and team management, including:

  • Assessments
  • Mentoring and supervision of staff
  • Covid-19 planning and remediation
  • Leading in the absence of the DON
  • Care planning and implementation
  • Managing patient care and quality improvement
  • Problem solving, bedside nursing, medication administration, and treatments
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved RN program; Master's/MSN preferred
  • Previous RN experience in acute or long-term care preferred
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
