Delmar Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Delmar, NY

Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the Evening shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
5. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Manage documentation of resident care services.
7. Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements:

1. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience (highly preferred).
3. Strong leadership qualities and a positive team-oriented approach.
4. Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Basic computer skills.
