Nurse Supervisor RN (11-7am, Per Diem)

AristaCare is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your shift. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times. As a Nurse Supervisor, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your duties.

Requirements:

• Possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• RN preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
• At least 12 months of training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
