Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing care, assess residents, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS RN license, CPR certification, and EMR proficiency. Experience is preferred. The role offers a competitive salary up to $120,000 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in nursing preferred.
• Working knowledge of EMR and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing care in the facility.
• Assess residents as needed.
• Document in residents medical record as needed.
• Admit/readmit residents.
• Ensure that a safe environment is maintained.
• Assist unit nurses as needed.
• Interact with facility physicians as needed.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS.
