The Enclave at Rye is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role oversees nursing care on assigned shifts and provides leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, guide clinical decisions, participate in admissions and care planning, and promote a collaborative, resident-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure high standards of resident care and safety are consistently maintained.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document resident conditions and clinical changes.

Pay Rate: Up to $65/hour

The Enclave at Rye is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nursing professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and leading a strong clinical team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care on assigned shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. This role provides leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the nursing team while maintaining compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
