The Osborn, a premier senior care community in Rye, NY, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee clinical operations within our Skilled Nursing Facility. This in-person role requires leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and a collaborative environment for nursing staff.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, providing hands-on clinical oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• At least 2 years in long-term care or subacute settings preferred.

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care for residents
• Provide clinical oversight and hands‑on support during your shift
• Respond to emergencies and clinical concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
• Mentor, coach, and guide CNAs, LPNs, and fellow RNs in their daily responsibilities
• Ensure proper documentation and communication of resident status and care
