Aspire of WNY is seeking a full-time licensed Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing services in our Residential Opportunities Division supporting people with developmental disabilities. In this RN Supervisor role you will oversee hands-on nursing, health assessments, treatment plans, and training of RN staff to promote independence and well-being in a compassionate community setting.
The ideal candidate will hold a NYS RN license, have at least three years of nursing experience

This position coordinates the day to day medical services provided in our Residential Opportunities Division. This includes but is not limited to providing hands on nursing services, oversight of health care assessments and treatment plans, training and supervision of RN staff.
This position would be eligible for our $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus!
Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
