Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in PA seeks an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate resident care.

Full-time and part-time shifts available, with pay between $38 and $60 per hour and daily pay option. This leadership role emphasizes teamwork, standards, and continuous improvement in a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
