The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $94,376.21- $145,200.00 per year. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
Coordinates all activities related to nursing functions and patient care, within budgetary constraints. Adheres to national and company standards and guidelines for specialty regulations. Supervises nursing staff that provides professional nursing care to patients. Must recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
