Job summary

Apple Rehab Colchester is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations at our Colchester, CT skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate with the Director of Nursing and physicians, and ensure care meets state and federal regulations.

Weekend on-call rotation is required for full-time supervisors, with per diem staff covering weekends as needed. The role demands a CT RN license, strong leadership, and experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing supervision is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
