Base pay range

$58.00/hr - $58.00/hr

Shift: 7-3 or 3-11pm

Location: Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation

Salary: $58 per hour

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? Join our compassionate team at Cypress Garden Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation as a RN Supervisor. Help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care, working closely with our Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DON and ADON to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensure all nursing personnel follow their job descriptions and provide excellent care.
  • Assist in facility surveys conducted by government agencies, ensuring the nursing department meets required standards.
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices in patient care.


Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in New York State
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and supportive work environment
