THE POSITION

Location: Grand Island
NETitle: RN Supervisor
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p

License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff
• Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans
• Delivering education, training and mentorship to caregivers
• Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination
• Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
• Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting

Mandatory Mandation

• Must be licensed in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing (must be present)

EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Registered Nurse RN license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Preferred: Two or more years of nursing experience
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Home health or home care experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
