Absolut Care of Gasport seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team at an 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate daily staffing, and administer medications per care plans to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff coaching, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, family-like environment near Lockport.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• 1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive culture.

RN Supervisor Pay Range $38/hour to $46/. hour (including shift differential)

Location: Gasport, NY
Shift: Full-Time MONDAY to FRIDAY NIGHTS. Will consider LPN (rate and bonus will vary)

Absolut Care of Gasport, a 5-star rated 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We're located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

• Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans.

• Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions.
