Absolut Care of Gasport seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team at an 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Gasport, NY. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, coordinate daily patient care, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

This role requires an RN with 1+ year in skilled nursing or long-term care, leadership experience, and strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• 1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive culture.

RN Supervisor Pay Range $38/hour to $46/. hour (including shift differential)

Location: Gasport, NY
Shift: Full-Time MONDAY to FRIDAY NIGHTS. Will consider LPN (rate and bonus will vary)

Absolut Care of Gasport, a 5-star rated 80-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our compassionate and professional clinical team. We're located just 15 minutes from Lockport and 25 minutes from Williamsville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

• Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.
