• Master’s degree in health services, business administration or management preferred.

Job Overview

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing patient care in an outpatient or inpatient setting; preferred staff‑supervision experience.
• Current, valid California RN license.
• Valid BLS certification or higher (AHA or American Red Cross).
• Experience with audits and health‑care inspections (preferred).
• Prior experience with an EHR/EMR system (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Chinese preferred (site dependent).
• Master’s degree in health services, business administration or management preferred.

Compensation

Annual base salary starts at $114,400.00. Actual offers consider budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business factors. Salary range may change. The role may qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
