Job summary

The Blossoms is seeking an RN Supervisor in Fort Smith, AR, to join our Nursing department. This full-time role covers every other weekend and involves leading care teams, coordinating plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will round on residents, oversee medications, treatments, and communications with physicians and staff. Requirements include AR RN licensure, 2+ years in long-term care, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a long term care environment.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed in Arkansas.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications charts as required.
• Administer treatments as prescribed.
• Consult with physicians on care plans and changes.
• Communicate with the director of nursing and staff about resident updates.

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Specific Duties:
