Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in a 81-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Virginia. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate resident care under the facility's core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA is required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

FT/PT: 11 PM-7 AM

$38 - $50 an hour (all-inclusive)

$3 PIB (Full-Time Only)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
