Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an Evening RN Supervisor to join our team. This is an evening shift position that includes every other weekend.

The RN Supervisor will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Qualifikationen

• Current NC RN license.
• 1–3 years RN experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Nursing management experience preferred.

• Provide QI reporting and clinical guidance to staff.

Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking an Evening RN Supervisor to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. This is an evening shift to include every other weekend position.

Applicant must have unrestricted Registered Nurse license.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our residents.

The RN Supervisor will:

• Will oversee clinical operations of the unit and is responsible for staff

• Will provide supervision of nurses and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians

• Will provide QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed

• Will provide care for our most clinically acute patients and residents.

  Requirements:

• Current license by theNorth CarolinaBoard of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.

• Minimum one to three years of experience as an RN, preferably in long term care.

• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.

• Nursing Management experience preferred.
