Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team with warmth and a resident-centered approach. You will mentor staff, coordinate daily nursing operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, collaboration with families and staff, and ongoing development of team members in a culture of excellence. A valid RN license is required and weekend presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents, and families, and work cooperatively with other employees.
• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations.
• Function as floor nurse as needed.
• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
• Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
• Meet all local health regulations, and complete a post-offer health assessment.

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
