Job summary

Complete Care - Wisconsin is hiring an experienced RN to serve as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor. In this role you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and supervise medication administration, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance at our Wisconsin facility.

Schedule: PRN – Fill in for supervisor openings as needed, 4 Weekend shifts Required

Pay: Competitive rates + Paid Daily option

Complete Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor!

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting required
• Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer and documentation skills
