MultiCare’s Summit Team in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced RN to join a regional float pool. The role supports flexible, expert care across Puget Sound and Capital Pacific Regions, working within a tiered cluster model to enhance mobility and staffing.

The position requires WA RN licensure, a BSN is preferred, and three years of nursing experience. BLS is required; ACLS for Critical Care/ED, with a 0.9 FTE and Day shift. This role offers diverse clinical exposure and teamwork across units.

Operating under a tiered, cluster-based model, the team enhances mobility, reinforces clinical excellence, and strengthens systemwide staffing. As a Summit Team RN, you’ll use your specialized training across a variety of clinical settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers diverse experience, continuous learning, and the opportunity to make a broad impact across our hospitals. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $48.15 - $90.83 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
