Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license.
• 1 year RN experience in long-term care.
• 3–5 years LT care supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree required; BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care and daily operations of a nursing unit.
• Supervise nursing staff and support staff.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are followed.
• Communicate changes with providers, families, and team members.
• Ensure documentation, med management, and regulatory compliance.
