Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager - Brooklyn, NY

Boro Park Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
2. Establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career advice.
4. Maintain the standards of care for the unit.
5. Review resident records and ensure quality of care.
6. Monitor overall care and review individual residents' cases.
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families.
8. Represent the unit’s interests with upper-level management.

Requirements:

• Valid State RN License.
• 3 years of Long Term Care experience (preferred).
• 2 years of Charge Nurse experience (preferred).
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
