Job summary

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift positions. The role requires completion of an accredited RN training program and a valid California RN license. ARC and LA County Fire Card must be obtained within 30 days of hire; BLS is required.

At least six months of recent general acute care experience is preferred. Per-diem, night shifts, 12 hours weekly, with a 0.3 FTE, and unionized work environment. CRRN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN Training Program.
• Minimum of six months experience within the past 2 years working in a general acute care facility or has equivalent competency appropriate to the type of sub-acute patient for which the facility provides care.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a union environment.
• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
• Current California RN license
• American Heart Association BLS card
• Assault Response Competency (ARC) required (within 30 days of hire)
• Los Angeles County Fire Card (within 30 days of hire)
