All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate RN to join our full-time nursing team in California, overseeing nursing services during shifts and providing high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed nurses and nursing assistants during assigned shifts.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and excellent resident care.
