Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and quality improvement.
  • Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope, and mission of the Performance Improvement Program at Reston Hospital Center.
  • Helps to develop PM and QA training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority health and patient safety concerns.
  • Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership for PM and QA policy development.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
